We’re seeking a highly motivated self-starter who enjoys unlimited earning potential and is excited to work with key decision makers in diverse fields including manufacturing, testing labs, government agencies, materials science and many other industries in the public and private sectors.  Our business flexibility expands our potential customer base from small startups to large, established corporations.  Successful candidates utilize sales skills and business analytics to provide input on expanding penetration into target markets, recommending product line extensions and influencing marketing campaigns.

FLSA:  Hourly Non-Exempt, First Shift, Full or Part Time

Preferred Skills:

Previous Sales experience including: prospecting for lead generation, outbound calling, pipeline maintenance and consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals

Previous call center experience

Experience with chemical industries and terminology

Previous experience with ERP and/or CRM systems

Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word

Required Skills:

Willing and able to make quality outbound telephone calls to prospective customers

Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English)

Ability to multitask including computer data lookup and entry while on the phone

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where flexibility is highly valued

Attention to detail

Strong problem-solving skills

Good organizational skills

Proper pronunciation of chemical products is a key skill (training provided)

Work Environment/Physical Demands

The work environment is primarily an office setting, which requires finger dexterity, movement around the office area, occasional walking and periods at the desk area (sitting or standing).
